Full Moon Head Cleansing Ritual

Head Cleansing clears the mind of negative thoughts and influences.

Intention: is to bring peace and a sense of lightness back to your thoughts. To nourish and invoke blessings.
For this ritual you we will be using herb(s) that can be safe for all hair types.

Ingredients:
Fenugreek
Fenugreek is a great manifestor, centers, focuses the mind, clears energy, and draws in prosperity.

Mantra: chant out loud or hold in your mind through out the whole process or just at the end during the application.
Focus, Peace, & Blessings
Instructions:
1. Bring a small pot of water to a boil and then add your Fenugreek. Simmer for a few minutes and then remove from heat.

2. Allow Fenugreek to steep and cool to a temperature you can put your hand into the water.

3. Strain the Fenugreek

4. Pour over your head in the sink or in the shower.
You can choose to make this part of your usual shower or bath routine or by itself.

The major difference is that floor washes often include ammonia, something that you would never want to use on your body.

Floor Washes can be used as sprays if you have carpet. Your floors should be physically cleaned before being spiritually cleansed.
