Detachment Reminder

Knowing when to detach and how to detach is important because the energy of some situations, technology, violence, emotions, and the baggage of others don’t need to come home with you.
Be aware of what needs to stay where you found it and what energy is not yours.

If you feel something is off or wrong with you and your energy; state out loud, “This is not mine”. When you vocalize the energy or feeling is not yours it releases you. You physically and mentally detach.

Wind Cleansing 

Being outside on a windy day is a quick and easy way to cleanse your energy fields.

Visualize the wind passing through and over you and carrying away any negative residual energy, thoughts, emotions and feelings clinging to you.

Self-Care Reminder

It is time for you to do your Self-Work. Discover who you are, what you like and do not like, and create some boundaries.Start with reprogramming your self talk. 
Set business hours for your loved ones to discipline yourself as to when you can do favors for others.

Discern what is a true favor versus something you should either be paid for or receive something of equal value in exchange for your help.

Do not do this half-assed. Take time to SEE OR SEEK the value of who you are inside you.
